Monday Morning Meditation
This 30-minute meditation practice integrates mantras, mudras, and breathing practice from Life Force Yoga. Start your week with clarity and balance, bringing energy to a depressed mood, calming an anxious mood, and feeling more connected and whole! Cushions and mats are provided. Cost is $10 per session, paid on-site.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction for Teens and Young Adults
When we are mindful, we are paying attention to our experience of the present moment with an attitude of curiosity and non-judgement. Being mindful helps us cope better, feel better, and perform better. In this group, you will learn and practice mindfulness strategies to maximize health, well-being, and performance.
