What is your "it"? What is the intention or goal that you strive to create and manifest in your life? As a licensed Clinical Psychologist and owner of Clarity, I am committed to helping you define "it" and achieve "it", through mindfulness-based practices and complementary assessment and therapy services.
For over 20 years, I have worked with children, teens, adults, and athletes of all ages who strive to identify and attain personal, professional, and athletic goals. Sometimes, stressful life events (including chronic illness and injury), emotional or learning issues, or unhelpful ways of thinking, create a feeling of being “stuck” as we navigate our life paths. At Clarity, we will explore, identify, and pursue options for enhanced well-being and performance.
I believe in a holistic approach to well-being, that integrates mindfulness with other psychological treatment approaches. As a yoga practitioner, a registered yoga teacher (RYT 200), a certified Life Force Yoga provider, and a certified instructor of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction for Teens, I have both a personal and professional respect for the role of mindfulness in promoting well-being and performance. As a certified Sports Counselor, I understand the unique needs of athletes and provide "coaching" to address issues that impact athletes’ well-being and athletic performance.
