Autumn 50/50

Participate in a session that blends yin yoga (focused on holding poses) and restorative yoga (emphasizing complete relaxation) for a harmonious experience in preparation for the Winter Solstice. No prior yoga experience is required. We provide mats, bolsters, and blocks.

Please sign up in advance, as class size is limited. When registering, choose the General option and pay $25 at the time of registration. If you choose the Insurance option for payment, it’s not necessary to pre-pay. Instead, you’ll be billed $25 per session or your co-pay amount, whichever is less. Please cancel at least 12 hours before class begins to avoid a $25 no-show/late cancellation fee.
