Heart-Focused Yin Practice

This Yin practice integrates cooling floor-based postures, held for 3-5 minutes, with shorter moving-and-breathing flows. The focus of this practice is the heart chakra: chest, shoulders, upper back, arms, and hands. Mats, cushions, and blocks are provided. Come with a water bottle if you'd like. No previous experience with yoga is needed.

Please register in advance as space is limited to 6 participants per class. If you register and need to cancel, please cancel 24 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation/no-show fee of $25.
