About the event
Spring into this yoga practice! Release physical and mental patterning and stale energy and renew your inner contentment, bliss, and peace. This practice includes breathwork, moving your joints and muscles in your comfortable range of motion, chanting, and yoga nidra (deep relaxation).
This practice may be beneficial to you:
- If you are challenged with chronic pain, trauma, or a sense that you are holding on to unwanted and unhelpful behaviors, feelings, or ways of thinking.
-If you would like to dip your toe into something new, this practice honors your freedom to chose what feels right for you moment-to-moment.
-If you enjoy community, but prefer a smaller class size, the maximum number of students practicing at one time is 6.
-You are welcome to give it a try by signing up 1 session at a time.
